If Twitter killed the RT and the # it could only be better for the world. They didn't make this monster, they just did what the monster wanted for 10 years, in the hope of making millions. They've done that, perhaps now they need shutting down.

Eh? It told me my feed would be live for 10 days or something. Can you point the app at WordPress or something? What’s the point of that, you could just WordPress?
Well by posting to your own blog, you can join in the community, comment but not retweet, public like etc. So if you use the (mac & iOS only but there are android clients) or the web interface you have a ‘social network’ using yr own blog. It can be confusing at first.
