I’ve seen kingfishers on the Kelvin several times over the years, but today we watched this wee guy fishing across the river catching a few wee fish. So beautiful, thrilling.
A Day in the Life: Friday 14t October 15:20 Banton. Leaving school sharp at the end of term. Autumn well under way. I wonder if the leaves will still be on this cherry after a week’s break.
Saw this big guy zooming about catching midges at Ardinning this afternoon. Quite a few darters too. We got some sunshine in between the rain.
I just got a lovely present.
Had a walk around Ardinning this afternoon, few dragonflies about, photos of Common Darter (pretty sure)
and Black Darter, perhaps?
