Bookmarked OneNote Teacher Academy by Nick Hood (cullaloe.com)
The Microsoft OneNote Teacher Academy is a learning path comprising four short courses introducing the use of OneNote in teaching for lesson planning, assessment and activities for learning ... These are my notes taken as I followed the learning path, including the reflection questions and my responses.

I’d pretty much decided to use OneNote path next year. My Previous problems lead me to depend on AirDrop, Apple Classroom & Apple Notes in my 1-2-1 iPad classroom. Local was certainly more reliable but lockdown made me think again. Nick Hood, @cullaloe‘s extensive post give me third thoughts.

Bookmarked Facebook creates fact-checking exemption for climate deniers  by Judd Legum (popular.info)
Facebook is "aiding and abetting the spread of climate misinformation,” said Robert Brulle, an environmental sociologist at Drexel University. “They have become the vehicle for climate misinformation, and thus should be held partially responsible for a lack of action on climate change.”

Liked TikTok App to Stop Accessing User Clipboards After Being Caught in the Act by iOS 14 (MacRumors)
TikTok did not say whether the feature would be removed from Android devices, nor whether clipboard data was ever stored or moved from user devices

Given that the app is widely used by pupils and sometimes by educators this is interesting.

In A More Beautiful Question, Warren Berger talks about the power and potential of different types of questions. One type that stands out is the simple strategy of asking ‘What If?’ Here then are my thoughts on what if the web were different? #pcPopUp2020 What if people had some sort of ownershi...

#pcPopUp2020 was one of the many online things I’d normally have paid attention to that I’ve missed. Aaron is using the Thread Reader App Micropub publisher which looks interesting too.

Liked Templated Space by Aaron DavisAaron Davis (collect.readwriterespond.com)
It is interesting to reflect upon different social media spaces and think about the features and the limitations. .... I think that is why I have taken to posting on my own site and working from there. Maybe that does not always have the same reach and interaction, but we have to compromise somewhere.
