Had a quick walk through Kelvingrove park this morning. Saw this wee thing dipping in the river.

Lovely sunny day. Had a walk from the Braeval carpark, out towards Calendar, saw my first butterflies of the year, peacocks, quite a few this, one quite ragged. 
Bonus Coal Tit
Some more photos on flicker, celandine & primroses were out.
Common Blue Damselfly & Common Darter at Ardinning yesterday. Also saw very large dark blue dragonfly.
Raven
The Dabchicks in the park have had at leat a couple more chicks. I couldn’t really see them just took some photos.
A walk along the canal, east of Anniesland. Beautiful day, water really clear could see roach. Masses of flowers & bees. A couple of ravens on the gasometer. A sparrowhawk flew close to the surface & edge before flipping up, over the path & through the trees. A paraket too.
Blue-tailed Damselfly, Forth and Clyde Canal
Small White or Green Veined White? Seems it is hard to tell from this angle.
Dabchick & chick. Only one chick at the moment but the adult’s partner seems to be stuck on a nest.
