@johnjohnston Just today I read a quote form Goethe’s “Elective Affinities” (it’s a rough translation) and thought about your “trees from below”:
“You can also enjoy the winter. It seems to spread more freely when the trees are so ghostly, so transparent before us. They are nothing, but they do not cover anything.”
