The hawthorn is a lovely tree. Every spring I think blackthorn is my favourite and the the hawthorn comes along. There seems to be even more than usual this spring.

Interesting, if I airdrop a iOS screenshot from the edit sheet it comes as a .jpeg, if I save to cameraroll and airdrop I get a png.
Watched: The Reckless Moment 1949 film based on The Blank Wall which I read recently. Frantic smoking by the heroine matches the pace. Nearly as good as the book. Hope to watch The Deep End (same source) soon. ★★★★☆ 📽

Read Signs for Lost Children by Sarah Moss ★★★★☆ Felt like two separate books, surprisingly moving when the stories came together at the end.
