Had a nice walk along part of the track from Aberfoyle to Calendar. Warm, sunny, still seeing a lot of peacocks. Surprisingly quiet.
A fair number of butterflies on the way to Loch Humphrey today. Small Tortoise Shell, Green Veined White & Peacock.

1st post lockdown hill walk, seems walking round the park every day for 4 months might not be best prep.
Lots of flora & fauna today. Pretty delightful apart from the panting.
I went 1.8 miles past the 5 mile limit to travel for exercise last night. The first time since lockdown started. Celebrating the end of term. It was worth it. So many things I’ve not seen; ringlet, kestrel, buzzard, larks, snipe, foxglove, heather, bedstraw, and so much more.
Virtually retracing a walk I took this time last year, Troisgeach and Meall an Fhudair 20 Apr 2019, hills, birds, beetles, flowers and frogs. Clear skies & a day alone.
Has a walk along the pipetrack on a beautiful bright day!
Old Kilpatrick Braes. Started in thick mist. Frost picking out patterns. Emerged into the sunshine. Below Glasgow and the Clyde covered in cloud.
