@johnjohnston I read this a few months ago – so rather late onto it as well. More than anything I think I was struck about just how much the public shaming via social media is even worse, been amplified and distorted, even in the 6 years or so since it was published.
@euanlawson yep, we seem to be taking a while to learn how to be better. I think the way @manton is developing micro.blog with care, though and without rush is a great example of how things could be better.
