@marendeepwell 2 parts water 1 part chickpea/ gram flour. Heat until thick. Add parsley. Pour and smooth say 8mm thick. Cool to rubbery mat. Slice into chips. Deep fry. They surprisingly puff up. Basically panelle. Reply
