Gutenberg Thoughts 1 by John Johnston (johnjohnston.info)

My other personal worry is that at the moment the indieweb post_kinds plugin is not compatible with Gutenberg. This is compounded by the fact I can’t update that plugin on this site at the moment. I am presuming that things will get shaken out and improve over the next year or two.

I am concerned that the block structure of Gutenberg will break all the IndieWeb WordPress plugins. I’ve installed the Classic Editor plugin. Hopefully, this will all be sorted out by 2021. Transitioning to an alternative platform would be challenging.
